Today I am going to review a cable adaptor for your new apple Macbook or USB C Smartphone from a company called Techsea not much I couldn’t find out about this company besides selling on a few shopping platforms Amazon being the main one The Techsea Type C to USB A 3.0 Adapter costs about $8.99 USD and just like everything on amazon the adaptor does come with free shipping if you have PRIME So not bad for the price range but how does it perform? That’s what this review intends to show you, so read on….

Info:

Product Name: Techsea Type C to USB A 3.0 Adapter

Provider: Techsea

 The Review:

The packaging, comes in a small bag like most of my charging cables I’ve gotten from amazon in the past nothing more it’s simple just the item none of that wasteful paper like most items come with

The Adapter does have an identifying mark the Techsea logo on each adaptor in the bag.   As I am writing and reviewing this cable from a friend’s Macbook I took a look at a few other hubs and adaptors for his Macbook one of his adaptors was a plastic usb c adapter which reminded me of the apple lightning adaptor that came with a product I got a long time ago. I’m not a fan of these since they seem to feel cheap and I am a fan of the Techsea adapter since it has the aluminum ends which are more durable and posed to last.

In terms of design and durability as I’ve said before I like this adapter for the fact that it’s made of aluminum and even if you don’t have a Macbook I’m sure you have something else like a USB C phone, tablet or even if you have a micro usb cable or any usb item with a new Macbook this adapter will work since its main reason is to convert your usb c to USB. I’ve tried this out with transferring some files from a hard drive and the speed is good.

Conclusion:

So yes the adapter is priced well but is it even worth it? I would say YES! if you want a durable usb-c adaptor  to last and be able to plug-in a usb hub or any device that would need a usb port.
