Today I am going to review a SD card reader from a company called Rockettek which is a very new company making different computer and mobile accessories.  The design of the card reader is very unique and  looks very nice for being able to use to grab files from different SD cards the reader costs about $8.99 USD and comes with Free shipping  so that’s all you will pay. So not bad for the price but how does it perform? That’s what this review intends to show you, so read on….

The Review:

So if you take alot of photos or video like myself then you must have a lot of SD cards but maybe you don’t have card reader but which one do you pick there are lots to choose from recently I reviewed the Kingston MobileLite G3 which I like a lot but that is just a two slot reader I like being able to put my SD cards in at the same time so I can get importing over and with the Rocketek 11 in 1 Digital Memory Card Reader / Writer I can

The reader comes with user guide included on packaging and this reader is great for those who need more SD ports where that their computer doesn’t or provides a limited amount

Another cool thing about this reader is that the icon that lights up when power is going to it to read your card(s) this reader will support SDXC up to 2TB, SDHC, SD, MMC, RS-MMC, Micro SDXC, Micro SD, Micro SDHC Card, and UHS-I Cards and compatibility for Windows 2000/ME/XP/Vista/7/8(32bit/64bit) and MAC OS 10.X or above version.

I used this product for a few weeks and I have to say I like it but I am kinda attached to my Mobilelite G3 since the size is small and compact as for the the build quality of this reader it’s seems like if I had it in my bag and it rubbed up against something it might crack otherwise it reads great perfect for the price too

Conclusion:

So yes Rocketek 11 in 1 Digital Memory Card Reader is an inexpensive product, but is it even worth it? I would say yes but I would also recommend you get the Mobilelite G3 if you want a more well-built and compact product

So in all it’s not bad for a reader if you won’t be shoving it into a bag since it might get broken or if you don’t care about the size of your card reader

The final score averages out to be a 10 out of 10,
