Today I am going to review a small portable bluetooth speaker from a company called Mpow® a specialized company in innovative consumer electronics and accessories, such as ultra-slim power bank, Bluetooth receiver, etc. The speaker costs about $19.99 USD with FREE shipping so that’s all you will pay. So not bad for the price but how does it perform? That’s what this review intends to show you, so read on….

Info:

Product Name: Mpow® Engine Wireless Bluetooth Portable Ultra Mini Speaker

Provider: Mpow®

Price: $19.99

The Review:

The packaging, is typical top open the same style as you get with most Apple products but smaller  it’s nothing special, inside the box you will find  the speaker, carry strap, and mini usb to usb cable for charging as well as instructions and  for retail purposes a picture of the speaker on the front of the box I was surprised to find the  features and specifications were not on the box since most of time you find them on there

The speaker does have an identifying mark on it which is Mpow® logo on the bottom of the speaker or maybe it’s the top for this review I’m saying the silver is the top  By first glance this speaker is very small but don’t let this fool you this speaker is powerful just don’t turn the volume up all the way since the speaker tends to distort the audio on the front of this speaker you will find the pause/play back/forward button followed by the charging port around the back this speaker is great for car trips with the kids providing it doesn’t bug the driver

I’ve used this speaker with my macbook and iPad  and I found the audio to be very impressive for a small speaker  I was thankful for since I to use a speaker but don’t always have the means to take along one of my more larger speakers I can grab my iPhone and this speaker and drop them into my cargo shorts/pants and go off on a bike ride This speaker indeed lives up to the standards that most of us crave for our audio needs in my opinion…

Conclusion:

So yes the bluetooth speaker is inexpensive but is it even worth it? I would say YES if you want a very small speaker to take with your phone or tablet where that be a BBQ or bike ride

So in all it’s not bad for bluetooth speaker The final score averages out to be a 10 out of 10,

PROS CONS
+ Priced well
+Made and Designed Well for a bluetooth speaker+Perfect for “OTG” (on the go) take the phone and speaker with you and slip into a pocket and you are ready to take on the day
– Don’t raise the volume too high otherwise audio will distort
