Today I am going to review a Mobile card reader from a company called Kingston which is a company that is the world’s largest independent manufacturer of memory products The design of the reader is very unique and looks like a very sturdy product much improved from the G3 but how well does it perform? That’s what this review intends to show you, so read on….
Product Name: Kingston Mobilelite G4
So as most of my friends and viewers know recently about a year ago I reviewed the Kingston MobileLite G3 which I like a lot and is one of my most used daily tech items Kingston has recently given this product a facelift which I have mixed feelings about the body is made up 90% aluminum and 10% plastic there is no flip cover like on the past version of this card reader which as I said in the video was a bit of disappointment but really the more I think of it’s more durable and will last a lot longer and won’t take up a lot of room in a small camera or backpack bag this reader will support SD/SDHC/SDXC, microSD/SDHC/SDXC, UHS-I and UHS-II cards and is compatible with USB 3.0 specification, SDA 4.20 standard also this product is backward compatible
So yes Kingston Mobilelite G4 is an inexpensive product, but is it even worth it? I would say yes I used this product for a few weeks and I have to say I like it since the size is small and compact and build quality of this reader seems great too if I had it in my bag and it rubbed up against something it wouldn’t put a dent in the reader the product reads great perfect for the price too
The final score averages out to be a 10 out of 10,
